Job Summary

The Patient Registration Representative will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. This individual will be responsible for accurately collecting demographic and insurance information, collecting copays, and coordinating follow-up appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families presenting to the physician practice or hospital for appointments, surgeries, therapies, or procedures.
  • Collect point of service payments and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, greeting and checking patients in upon arrival.
Requirements
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Not applicable: licensure/certification requirements.
Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. No weekend requirements or call shifts.
