Job Overview

Dolphin Auto Spa is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training through online resources and are expected to possess strong skills in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in the car wash industry is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Oversee maintenance tasks and manage inventory, including towels and supplies.
  • Train new employees and manage their schedules, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Complete administrative tasks promptly and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Be prepared to assist in various roles as needed.

Compensation: Weekly salary of $800 plus commission. Availability to work weekends and most holidays is required.

Additional Duties:

  • Act as Manager-On-Duty (MOD) in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including organizing opening and closing tasks.
  • Adhere to operational guidelines, particularly regarding money handling and security, to ensure the safety of all staff during shifts.
  • Perform all essential duties as outlined in the job descriptions for all employees at the car wash.
