Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Status Specialist to join our team at Holman Enterprises. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for researching the status of vehicles with manufacturers and/or upfitters, communicating delays to Client Relations and Vehicle Supply Chain, and uploading data to maintain validity in our status system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze vehicle status information from various sources, including work buckets, OEM/Vendor websites, and reporting tools.
  • Communicate delays and updates to Client Relations and Vehicle Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
  • Upload data and maintain validity in our status system by adding relevant, clear, and concise notes.
  • Liaise between OEM and SCS teams to ensure status updates are communicated to other areas of the company and to the client.
  • Coordinate with Holman M&D scheduling teams to provide real-time updates on vehicle arrival dates and provide visibility to the business with trends & status.
  • Provide OEM industry updates to the team to be shared with the business.
  • Proactively anticipate and deliver on client inquiries by following up on vehicle status issues.
Requirements:

Education and/or Training:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
  • Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.).
Relevant Work Experience:
  • 2-4 years' experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Proficiency in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department.
  • Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security.

  • Effectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from manager.
  • Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and effectiveness in work.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $22.86 - $33.15 USD per hour.
