La responsabilidad principal de este puesto es proporcionar un apoyo constante y de alta calidad, tanto directo como indirecto, a los equipos de gestión de carteras.

Esto se logra mediante la gestión y ejecución de procesos operativos relacionados con inversiones, centralizados a nivel global; respondiendo a solicitudes e inquietudes ad hoc; y participando activamente en otras funciones e iniciativas estratégicas.

Además, este rol es responsable de impulsar la mejora continua de procesos y la automatización a través de la implementación de procesos eficientes, escalables, controlados por riesgos y bien documentados en toda la Organización de Enlace de Inversiones y Investigación.


Resumen del Rol:

La Organización de Enlace de Inversiones y Investigación apoya a los equipos de inversión en todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del cliente mediante la gestión de actividades operativas relacionadas con inversiones.

Los asociados actúan como un conducto para las inversiones aprovechando el conocimiento empresarial y técnico fundamental para gestionar actividades operativas complejas relacionadas con inversiones.

El equipo de Soporte Estratégico tiene un rol específico para proporcionar análisis de procesos empresariales, mejora continua y soporte de automatización a la Organización de Enlace de Inversiones y Investigación, así como para realizar procesos centralizados y funciones estratégicas en apoyo a las actividades del personal de inversiones a nivel global.


Responsabilidades:

  • Bajo la orientación general de miembros senior y la gestión, apoya las actividades operativas continuas asociadas con la gestión de carteras. Ejemplos de actividades incluyen determinar los detalles de ejecución de operaciones y repatriación de efectivo para el comercio de carteras en papel; monitorear y validar el rendimiento de los composites (GIPS); analizar avisos de acciones corporativas voluntarias para determinar si se requieren operaciones de prueba de cumplimiento, y cuando sea necesario, instruir operaciones de prueba; y resolver problemas operativos relacionados con inversiones de baja a moderada complejidad de manera independiente.
  • Independientemente y a través de la colaboración, proporciona análisis de procesos empresariales para identificar procesos que carecen de eficiencia operativa o control con el propósito de implementar soluciones eficientes, escalables y controladas por riesgos.
  • Lidera proyectos pequeños a medianos y proporciona apoyo a miembros senior en proyectos medianos a grandes con la intención de impulsar la mejora continua.
  • Utiliza conocimientos técnicos para construir soluciones de automatización para procesos manuales y expuestos a riesgos utilizando Excel, VBA/Macros, Power Automate y otros recursos tecnológicos.
  • Con orientación y supervisión de miembros senior y la gestión, actúa como participante en proyectos iniciados por inversiones. Desarrolla casos de uso y planes de prueba y participa en pruebas unitarias según se solicite para asegurar resultados exitosos.
  • Mantiene documentación precisa y completa de los procedimientos para las asignaciones, participa en ejercicios de capacitación cruzada y proporciona cobertura operativa según sea necesario para procesos definidos. Bajo la dirección de miembros senior y la gestión, participa en la capacitación de nuevos empleados sobre políticas y procedimientos.
  • Puede actuar como recurso para miembros junior mientras les ayuda a completar actividades operativas.

Calificaciones Preferidas:

  • Fuertes habilidades técnicas (por ejemplo, Excel, VBA, Access, SQL, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, Bloomberg)
  • La experiencia con herramientas como Duco, Alteryx y Alkymi puede ser beneficiosa
  • Conocimiento profundo de la gama de estrategias de inversión, productos y servicios de la empresa
  • Comprensión de acciones corporativas y Normas de Rendimiento de Inversiones Globales (GIPS) es beneficiosa

Habilidades Requeridas:
Debe tener experiencia en entornos de banca de inversión o comercio.
Debe poder estar en el sitio 2 días a la semana y remoto 3 días a la semana
