Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct traffic engineering operational analyses using tools such as VISSIM, Synchro, and HCS.
- Perform safety assessments related to transportation.
- Analyze transportation data to inform decision-making.
- Evaluate and design pedestrian and bicycle facilities.
- Coordinate and time traffic signals effectively.
- Develop design concepts utilizing AutoCAD and/or MicroStation based on client requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Familiarity with traffic analysis software (VISSIM, Synchro).
- Experience with MicroStation and AutoCAD drafting tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
