Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in media buying/planning, particularly in commercial or political sectors, with a solid understanding of ad space purchasing mechanics.

  • Background in Digital Media/Marketing, particularly with Facebook ads (both paid and organic).

Daily Responsibilities:

A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Media Planner to support one of our clients in the Arlington, VA area. This role will be crucial in coordinating the planning, targeting, placement, and measurement of online media marketing for strategic clients and partners. The selected candidate will execute targeted media campaigns across various social media platforms to achieve optimal ROI for clients. Project management will be a significant aspect of this role, with the potential to handle over 15 clients concurrently, making effective time management and task prioritization essential.

Team Insights:

  • Focus on the commercial aspect of ad purchasing.
  • Involvement in Media Planning, Ad Buying, and Media Buying.
  • Execution of ad purchases on social media platforms.
  • The creative aspect of ads will be handled by the team; this role focuses on execution.
  • Technical proficiency to navigate the systems is required.
  • Handling multiple clients simultaneously is expected.
  • Engagement in both strategic execution and operational tasks.
  • Involvement in programmatic ad buying, including campaign creation and scheduling based on specific criteria.
