Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor Repair Technicians, ensuring appropriate task assignments based on skill levels.
  • Ensure all vehicle repairs and maintenance are performed accurately and professionally, adhering to industry standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Car Care Center and customers, keeping them informed and managing expectations.
  • Implement and uphold all AAA Car Care policies and procedures consistently.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and road tests to validate repairs and ensure vehicle functionality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for repairs, inspections, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Assist in the recruitment, evaluation, and training of Repair Technicians and Service Advisors.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the Car Care store and oversee scheduling.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree in Automotive Technology or ASE Certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in the automotive repair sector.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Screening if offered the position.
