Operational Duties:

  • Enforce corporate policies and operational procedures
  • Ensure efficient front desk operations, including member check-ins and inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Resolve customer service issues effectively
  • Organize monthly community engagement events

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales leadership experience is required
  • Management experience in the health and fitness sector is preferred
  • Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and address client and staff concerns
  • Proficient in software tools, with knowledge of Mindbody and Keap/Infusionsoft preferred
  • Experience in social media marketing and outreach
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
