Electronics Production Specialist

Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Electronics Production Specialist with expertise in board-level soldering and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of electrical assembly processes and must have prior experience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing circuit board level soldering using specialized equipment.
- Conducting quality control on personal work.
- Managing parts ordering for various projects.
- Executing calibration tasks, requiring strong mathematical skills.
- Utilizing computer skills for tasks such as Excel and material ordering.
- Providing guidance to team members as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in soldering techniques and the use of voltmeters.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Certification in soldering is advantageous.
- Experience with various electrical tools and apparatus.
- Strong communication, mathematical, and typing skills.
- A collaborative team player willing to assist in various capacities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Winding sensors as part of production duties.
- Potential training for additional tasks such as dipping sensors.
- Assisting in order preparation for shipment.
