Aerotek is seeking skilled maintenance specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve equipment and facility issues promptly
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery
- Complete work orders and collaborate with production staff for troubleshooting and enhancements
- Rebuild and create components as necessary
- Assist with the setup of new machinery
- Manage parts requests to maintain sufficient inventory levels
Qualifications:
- Proficient in the installation of mechanical components such as bearings, sheaves, sprockets, gearboxes, chains, belts, and motors
- Basic welding skills are advantageous
- Fabrication experience is preferred
