Key Responsibilities:

- Conducts assembly operations such as cleaning, bonding, testing, and packaging.

- Adjusts materials to meet required electrical or dimensional specifications.
- Conducts inspections to ensure compliance with production standards.
- Maintains production throughput as directed by supervisory staff.
- Communicates any production-related issues to the supervisor.
- Meet company standards for both quantity and quality of work consistently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding workplace behavior.
Physical Requirements:
Employees must possess the ability to grasp and manipulate small components, necessitating good hand-eye coordination. The role may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing and performing repetitive tasks. Occasionally, employees may need to exert up to 10 lbs. of force. The position requires working in environments with hazardous materials and using personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in semiconductor assembly, fabrication, or related manufacturing environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
- Basic proficiency in English, including writing and communication skills, as well as fundamental math skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment while adhering to high-quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of electrostatic discharge (ESD) and best practices in a production setting.
- Compliance with cleanroom protocols.
