Job Overview

We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator to become a vital part of our organization. This individual will design and implement age-appropriate activities that foster development in young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide preschool-aged children through activities aimed at enhancing their intellectual and creative development

  • Establish schedules and routines that ensure sufficient physical activity, rest, and playtime
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both students and their families
  • Engage with parents regarding their children's growth and achievements
  • Ensure the health and safety of all children in the program

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in childcare, education, or related fields
  • CDA or relevant degree is advantageous
  • Genuine passion for working with young children
  • Ability to connect and build rapport with children
  • Exhibit a positive and patient attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
