Vista Counseling Services is a well-established and locally-owned counseling practice that has been operational since 2002. We have a strong history of supporting our clients while significantly enhancing the professional lives of our therapists. We are looking for mental health professionals who are passionate about client care and possess exceptional counseling skills. With over two decades of experience in cultivating an outstanding therapist experience, we are thrilled to extend our services to new regions. Our leadership team is committed to assembling a high-caliber group of therapists and fostering opportunities for personal interaction among colleagues. Although this position is currently focused on telehealth, we envision establishing a physical office to serve as our cultural hub, facilitating in-person sessions in the future.
Compensation Structure:
- Pre-Licensed: $70, $103,376.00
- Licensed Masters: $74, $109,200.00
- Licensed Doctoral Level: $91, $133,770.00
