Job Summary

The Department of Transportation is seeking a skilled Governmental Program Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for producing monthly and daily reports, analyzing data, and providing support to our Public Information Officers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly and daily reports, including the Month Ahead Report, Week Ahead Report, and media log.
  • Analyze data and information from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Provide support to Public Information Officers in event planning and execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of Ribbon Cuttings and Groundbreakings.
  • Monitor social media content for misleading or incorrect information and respond accordingly.

Requirements

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of procurement and contract regulations.
  • Familiarity with State purchasing regulations.
  • Ability to hold and maintain a Cal-Card.
