Job Overview

Strides Therapy & Educational Services is on the lookout for a part-time Office Administrator to support our operations at our clinic. The successful candidate will be tasked with welcoming clients as they arrive, addressing inquiries, facilitating communication between therapists and administrative personnel, performing light cleaning duties, and managing various other responsibilities.

This role is designed for 20-30 hours per week, available Monday through Friday.

As a rapidly expanding small business, Strides Therapy & Educational Services specializes in providing private speech and occupational therapy, alongside tutoring services and school-based contracting. This position focuses exclusively on the private practice segment of our operations.

We are seeking an ideal candidate who embodies the following qualities: punctuality, responsibility, friendliness, and accountability.

As a part-time employee, you will be eligible for the following benefits: 401K with matching contributions and accrual of paid time off (PTO) hours. Additional benefits will be available upon transitioning to full-time status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and manage the waiting area
  • Answer client questions and provide information
  • Coordinate between therapists and administrative staff
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation: Up to $25.00 per hour
