Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist

Strides Therapy & Educational Services is seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete formal and informal evaluations to assess client needs and develop plans of care
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet client goals
• Conduct therapy sessions, including speech, language, and communication skills
• Communicate with families and caregivers to ensure effective collaboration and support
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and develop strategies for improvement

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Maryland state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Working toward ASHA certification through the Clinical Fellowship Year
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
