  • Execute any additional assigned responsibilities

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a formal degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working with the Talent Acquisition Team to bolster HNTB's talent brand
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and support the objectives of business partners
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Desirable:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
