Job Summary:

As a Senior Security Specialist at Insight Global, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers' facilities and organizations. This position requires a high level of expertise in multi-disciplined security support, including classification reviews, document accountability, and security clearance processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records to ensure secure handling and storage.
  • Perform destruction of classified materials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Process magnetic media for accountability to ensure secure storage and handling.
  • Provide reproduction support for classified materials, including printing and copying.
  • Maintain various daily logs for administrative functions associated with document control, including visitor logs and access control records.
  • Transfer electronic data files to internal customers to ensure secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs to ensure secure access and tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation of facility access control badges to ensure secure access and identification.
  • Conduct entry and exit inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Assist in the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, including visitor control, to ensure secure access and tracking.
  • Perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Provide support for the security awareness and education programs to ensure a culture of security and compliance.
  • Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel to ensure timely and accurate clearance actions.
  • Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondence to ensure secure handling and storage.
  • Prepare and/or process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages, and receipts to ensure secure handling and storage.
  • Prepare, process, and/or review Program Access Request (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility to ensure secure access and tracking.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related experience in security operations or a related field.
  • SAP experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
  • TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI with poly.
