FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive for Results: Achieve company sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers. Recommend merchandise selections or assist in locating items based on customer preferences. Maintain awareness of ongoing sales and promotions, ensuring compliance with pricing and visual standards. Uphold merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention protocols as directed by Management. Participate in visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store setups and zone maintenance.
Customer Experience: Exemplify and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience. Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. Facilitate a quick and efficient checkout process, staying informed on policies regarding payments, returns, exchanges, and security practices. Encourage additional purchases at the register, including gift card sales, and enroll clients in the rewards program. Cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base through effective clienteling and wardrobe consultations.
Operational Excellence: Support inventory replenishment efforts to keep the store well-stocked and appealing. Assist with order fulfillment and visual merchandising tasks, including floor sets and signage placement, as directed. Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
Teamwork and Growth: Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment for problem-solving. Actively seek personal development opportunities and welcome constructive feedback. Perform other duties as assigned, recognizing that responsibilities may vary across different brands.
QUALIFICATIONS:Retail or sales experience is preferred. Candidates must be at least 16 years old. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Ability to adapt to technology provided by the company is required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are necessary. Regular attendance is crucial to meet company objectives. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Frequent walking and standing throughout an 8-hour shift. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of the shift). Frequent climbing (34%-66% of the shift).
