Job Summary

As a Dialysis Nurse PRN with Catholic Health Initiatives, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses, and establishing goals. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing interventions and evaluating patient care outcomes. With a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and guest relations, you will provide patient care in compliance with hospital policies and procedures and the standards of professional nursing practice as defined by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in compliance with hospital policies and procedures and the standards of professional nursing practice as defined by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
• Participate in and maintain quality, cost-effectiveness, and guest relations.
• Assess, formulate nursing diagnoses, and establish goals for patient care.
• Plan and implement interventions and evaluate patient care outcomes.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma
• Bachelors in Nursing Preferred
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
• Certifications for Nursing Specialty, if applicable (see Addendum)
• BLS with skills demonstration
