Job Summary

As a House Supervisor PRN at CHI St. Luke's Health-Memorial, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your enthusiasm to help others and patient-first mindset will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overtime and unit staffing for all nursing staff based on budget, patient acuity, and census on a daily basis

Communicate staffing decisions to Nurse Managers of concerned areas

Ensure agency nursing staff is in appropriate units at the scheduled time

Respond to and intervene in all emergency situations

Coordinate all staff nurse sick calls and communicate information to the manager of concern

Responsible for the notification of on-call staff

Responsible for coordinating after-hour procedures

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Texas Registered Nurse License

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
