Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the delivery of excellence in patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals, planning and implementing intervention and evaluating patient care outcomes.
* Participate in and maintain quality, cost effectiveness and guest relations.
* Provide patient care in compliance with hospital policies and procedures and the standards of professional nursing practice as defined by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.

Qualifications:

* Associate's Degree in Nursing
* One (1) Year Of Experience
* Active Texas RN License, license in good standing with the The Texas State Board of Nursing
* Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS AHA) and NRP

PRN Requirements:

* PRN employees must maintain minimum standard availability, in which to perform work as follows:

* Four (4) shifts per month
* Two (2) of the Four (4) shifts occurring on a Weekend
* One (1) Winter Holiday
* One (1) Summer Holiday
