Clinical Liaison Sales LVN Job Summary


At AccentCare, Inc., we are dedicated to providing exceptional at-home health services. As a Clinical Liaison Sales LVN, you will play a vital role in coordinating these services by building relationships with patients, healthcare facilities, and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Meet with patients in hospitals or nursing facilities to discuss services and transition them to home care on either home health or hospice services.
  • Serve as a liaison for clinical appropriateness to our internal Branch Directors on the complexity of patients discharging and validate that their needs can be met through home services.
  • Coordinate home health services with physicians as needed, which may include taking both written and verbal orders.
  • Partner with Account Executives in the field to provide clinical education to referral sources.
  • Review and assist with hospital hold lists, periodically participate in sales meetings and case conferences.

**Requirements:**
  • A Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing with an LVN/LPN license.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field.

**Compensation:**
We offer a competitive salary range of $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive environment.
