Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Life Engagement (CLE) service professional to join our team in Uptown New Orleans. As a CLE service professional, you will work closely with participants to assist them in becoming an integral part of their local community and increasing their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training and supervising assigned participants to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement individualized programs that promote social interaction, education, and employment opportunities.
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to track participant progress and outcomes.
  • Providing transportation services to designated locations while adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of participant interactions, activities, and achievements.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid Louisiana driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Reliable transportation that meets agency inspection standards.
