Patient Engagement Specialist

About the Job: We're seeking an experienced Outreach Liaison to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our outreach strategy. This dynamic role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted outreach initiatives to engage with primary care providers, subspecialty care providers, and other healthcare organizations.
- Foster strong partnerships with healthcare professionals through regular communication, site visits, and educational programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of outreach efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives, using data to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years/3-5 years of experience in physician practice or equivalent capacities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Nursing, or related field (Master's Degree preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- A positive, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach when interacting with patients, physicians, co-workers, and the public.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
