Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, edit, and proofread company communications, including press releases, newsletters, and internal memos.
  • Coordinate with leadership to prepare speeches, presentations, and talking points for meetings and events.
  • Develop and maintain company documentation, such as brochures, proposals, and informational packets.
  • Serve as the point of contact for media inquiries and assist in preparing responses.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Organize and support internal communication initiatives, such as team updates and employee engagement programs.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a communications or related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with crafting professional correspondence and content tailored to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
