Job Title: Client Support Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our payroll support team, you will be responsible for processing client payroll, answering client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process client payroll according to a daily schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Input client-specific data, such as new hires, SUI, and local tax rates, into our computerized payroll system.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of federal, state, and local tax requirements, as well as principles and procedures for payroll administration.
  • Work with our payroll software, including common outputs, operational processes, and client service policies.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience or education in payroll and/or accounting is preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or Customer Service is strongly preferred.
