About the Role

The Senior Marketing Director, Global Segments will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive market and customer segmentation framework, processes, and tools to identify and address unmet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a global market and customer segmentation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-focused marketing strategies, leveraging market data and customer insights to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and business intelligence teams to develop and execute market-focused strategies, ensuring effective outcomes.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of market segment and persona models, leveraging these insights to drive customer-focused decision-making.
  • Act as a leader and role model in driving the company's culture, developing a future pipeline of customer-focused marketing leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and processes, fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with 10+ years of experience as a first/second-level manager.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills at the global level, with experience in implementing organizational strategies, projects, technologies, and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strategy at the enterprise level, with a focus on customer and market segment trends.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively throughout all hierarchical levels in an international, matrixed business environment.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $205,000 - $378,000, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.
  • Eligibility for a company car.

  • Travel required: 25% of the time.
