Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Corrosion Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of various structures through effective corrosion management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing and installation of cathodic protection systems to prevent corrosion.
- Follow detailed instructions provided by senior personnel to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Perform specific testing procedures to collect essential data for analysis.
- Create sketches and design features to support project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive survey reports based on collected data.
- Organize and streamline gathered information for clarity and efficiency.
- Maintain and troubleshoot field testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Must possess NACE CP Tester (Level 1) certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cathodic protection is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly to various client locations.
