Position Overview
The role involves selling residential lawn care solutions to both new and existing clients through direct engagement. This position also includes training and mentoring other sales representatives while consistently meeting or surpassing the sales targets set for the Field Sales Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with potential and current customers to sell residential lawn care services in person using a personal vehicle.

• Conducting lawn assessments, advising clients on lawn and landscape challenges, and proposing suitable solutions based on pricing evaluations.

• Offering tailored residential lawn care services, including weed management, fertilization, and pest control, to achieve weekly sales objectives.

• Following up on leads through direct interaction to gauge customer requirements.

• Providing price quotes, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales.

• Assisting in the training of new or developing sales personnel.

• Coaching and guiding Residential Sales Representatives I and II.

• Supporting the Branch Sales Manager with sales initiatives.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• 2-3 years of experience in outside sales is necessary; senior-level experience is a plus

• Certifications in Horticulture and Mosquito/Pest Control are advantageous

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Familiarity with the industry, TruGreen offerings, and services

• Understanding of sales techniques and training methodologies

• Proven success in developing and leading a sales team

• Comprehensive knowledge of sales practices and willingness to travel locally

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand, use hands and arms, communicate verbally, and possess close vision capabilities. Occasional lifting or movement of up to 25 lbs, as well as stooping, kneeling, or crawling, may be necessary. The working environment typically features low to moderate noise levels with minimal adverse conditions.

Proficiency in English is essential. Candidates must be physically located in the United States while fulfilling this role.

Compensation
The pay range is $38, $70,639.00, based on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. The offer includes benefits such as Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and a Company-matching 401(k), among other perks.
