Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to provide clinical support to our medical and specialty providers at Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living. As a Medical Assistant, you will perform clinical duties as directed or assigned by clinical leadership or practice management. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial patient assessments, including patient history, vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, and injections.
• Manage the stocking of treatment rooms and ensure their cleanliness.
• Partner with lab facilities to ensure compliance with all necessary EHMG policies and procedures and OSHA guidelines.

• A competitive hourly rate of $22.00, commensurate with experience, and a $1,500 signing bonus available.

Requirements:

• Current and active Medical Assistant certification in accordance with the provisions of the certifying Board, including CPR certification.
• A minimum of 1-year experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in the use of computers.
• Ability to perform each essential function consistently and with minimal supervision, utilizing learned skills.
