Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences, managing clinic operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor
  • Manage clinic operations, including scheduling, patient intake, and data entry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients
  • Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to drive new patient growth
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, productive work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a healthcare or sales environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale software
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
