Community Resource Center Specialist II

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Resource Center Specialist II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with community stakeholders, and promoting access to healthcare programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to members and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Develop and implement outreach and engagement strategies to promote access to healthcare programs and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs.
- Monitor and report on program metrics and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare, social work, or public health.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a community-based setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including low-income, minority, and underserved communities.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and policies.
