Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting enrollment programs and providing exceptional customer service to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement outreach initiatives to engage with community members and promote enrollment programs.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding enrollment prerequisites, processes, and available services.
  • Verify customer eligibility and ensure accurate application processing.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Associate team to evaluate program efficiency and recommend enhancements.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, community outreach, or customer-facing roles.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
