Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Everett Delivery Center Business Operations team in Everett, Washington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and facilitating the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present recommendations to executive level management to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Coordinate and clarify analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long-range business goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel to ensure their success and growth.
  • Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation planning, and refine the business case to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Presents plans to executive leadership to gain approval and ensure successful implementation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high-level projects for executives or senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management.
  • 3+ years of experience with business integration.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • PMP Certified or experience with Boeing's Program Management Best Practices or equivalent program/project management experience.
  • Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals.
