Role Overview

In this dynamic position, the Salesforce Solutions Specialist will take charge of gathering requirements and designing, configuring, and supporting solutions within the Salesforce (SFDC) platform. The Specialist will collaborate with various business stakeholders to develop and maintain solutions, tools, and processes that provide significant value through SFDC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and configure new functionalities to enhance ongoing user adoption of SFDC, including updates or creation of objects, fields, page layouts, actions, process builders, custom reports, dashboards, user roles & profiles, and data sets.
  • Develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business and technical solutions on Salesforce using Agile methodologies.
  • Manage support and development tickets, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
  • Provide metrics, data analytics, and visualizations to guide critical business decisions.
  • Assist in building and supporting custom applications and third-party integrations with Salesforce.
  • Create and maintain all aspects of customer relationship management (CRM) reporting and dashboards.
  • Deploy approved changes to the production environment.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the overall SFDC application architecture, release processes, data models, and integrated applications.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the CRM database, including cleansing and managing duplicate records, performing data loads, and updating role hierarchies.
  • Monitor annual SFDC releases, install routine updates, and identify any areas of concern.
  • Participate in feasibility reviews and impact assessments of enhancement requests from business users.
  • Lead testing efforts for new functionalities in each release to ensure compatibility with existing business processes.
  • Provide training and onboarding for new users as needed.
  • Conduct routine monitoring of the platform, including running adoption reports, generating user license counts, and managing user records.
  • Offer administrative support to the pricing platform integrated with Salesforce.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required).
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and CPQ Specialist certifications are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with pricing tools integrated with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security protocols (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities).
  • Proficiency in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data Model creation, Communities, and Single Sign-On.
  • Experience with source repositories and deployment tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket pipelines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience in iterative projects and with deployment strategies/processes (staging vs. production environments).
  • Understanding of Agile development practices and Sprint planning strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams.
