About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio/Video Support Specialist to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As an IT Audio Visual Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our corporate meeting events, executives, and audio-visual equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • AV System Management: Routinely manage, document, and maintain accurate records of AV system configurations, equipment inventory, and service requests.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with other functional teams and multiple vendors in setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of key AV platforms in conference rooms and large event spaces.
  • Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support and guidance to executives and teams, and serve as the first line for resolution for AV repair and IT components in partnership with the IT support team.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Assist with preventive maintenance and upgrades of AV systems and its components (both hardware and software).
  • Vendor Management: Oversee the repair and installation service with vendors.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have experience in organizing large corporate events, in-depth understanding of professional production equipment (Audio/Video mixers), and Cloud-based webinar services like Zoom.
  • AV System Knowledge: Must have strong knowledge of AV system and major events support.
  • Technical Skills: Experience installing and configuring AV systems, strong customer service-oriented skills, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently as well as part of a team, with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Education and Certifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, or 6 years equivalent experience required.
