Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver troubleshooting and repair support for AV systems and associated technologies across various environments including conference rooms and specialized areas.

- Exhibit expertise in the installation of AV systems and ensure proactive maintenance services. - Conduct routine checks and manage escalations related to conference rooms, digital signage, LED displays, and meeting areas. - Assist in the setup and dismantling of events. - Provide support for conference room technologies (Zoom) and user workspaces, addressing issues, managing incidents, and fulfilling requests for diverse IT services. - Facilitate the commissioning and installation of new conference rooms and AV spaces. - Oversee equipment return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).

- Work with a variety of equipment including projectors, audio systems, microphones, sound mixing devices, overhead projectors, video equipment, amplifiers, video displays, virtual conferencing tools, AV racks, and speakers.


Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AV operations.

- Proven experience in AV installations (including cable management and device modifications) and operational support (daily testing and troubleshooting) within a large corporate framework, along with a solid understanding of audio/video signal flow.

- Familiarity with basic networking technologies and video transmission over networks. - Ability to troubleshoot issues in video conference environments.

Skills Required:
- Proficient in AV support for Zoom rooms or conference room setups.

Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
