As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Implement and maintain production and quality control standards, monitoring progress and reporting as required.
  • Provide direct oversight of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate daily staffing to ensure adequate coverage and manage workload effectively.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for facilities, equipment, and systems.
  • Direct the execution of resident home, health center, and interior/exterior renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Train team members on the proper use of equipment, chemicals, and facility policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain physical and disposable resources, including equipment and operation maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  • Certification, license, or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulations to operate or repair certain equipment.
  • A state-issued driver's license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates.
