About the Role

As a Real Estate Consulting Vice President at Plante Moran, you will play a key role in driving strategic growth and business development for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in real estate portfolio strategy, investment analysis, and financial modeling to help our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in consulting engagements to identify and resolve issues related to real estate portfolio strategy, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Work with clients to develop and implement real estate portfolio strategies, including asset positioning, asset management, and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to provide comprehensive project solutions, including schedule, program, design, construction, and financing.
  • Manage and execute complex project financings, including senior and mezzanine debt structures, tax credit equity resources, and grant financing programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including overall project coordination, project schedules, and successful project completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Development, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of business or real estate investment, development, or consulting experience.
  • Experience with affordable housing programs, economic development incentives, and complex real estate development financing structures.
  • Experience with complex financial modeling and advanced Excel-based formulas.
  • ARGUS experience preferred.
