Job Overview
The Xcelerate Solutions team seeks an exceptional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior officials in Arlington, VA.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Executive Administrative Assistant and contribute to the success of our organization. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for senior officials. You will also serve as receptionist for visitors with scheduled office calls, maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, monitor, and synchronize calendars, schedules, events, briefings, meeting invitations, and activities. Serve as a point of contact for visitors with scheduled office calls.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, correspondence, and gathering background information to prepare senior officials to attend meetings. Schedule senior leader meeting prep sessions as needed.
• Reserve conference rooms, coordinate electronic invitations, set up Unclassified and Secure AV/VTC facilities, prepare handouts, and distribute materials.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in executive level support. Your strong background in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment will make you an ideal candidate. You should have a strong understanding of administrative procedures, calendar management, and travel coordination.
