Job Summary

The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner, ensuring the highest degree of quality care and services for our residents. This includes:

  • Administering medications and treatments according to established protocols and procedures
  • Documenting and initializing daily logs to track resident information and medication administration
  • Receiving updates from Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse regarding medication changes or concerns
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration, including dosages and times

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid LPN or LVN license
  • CPR and First Aid certification
