Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers courteously and professionally.
- Prepare vessels for handover by meticulously cleaning both the interior and exterior, ensuring every detail is addressed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of stock vessels, ensuring they are ready for customer evaluations.
- Support the Service Department by cleaning service vessels as needed.
- Organize the vessel lot using appropriate equipment to align with management directives.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Utilize necessary protective equipment while performing tasks.
- Notify supervisors when a vessel requires further attention.
- Execute tasks efficiently, minimizing waste of supplies.
- Keep the workspace tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with general yard maintenance as instructed.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in optimal condition, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the yard, including picking up debris and storing hoses properly.
- Clean facilities and service vehicles as directed.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of boat exhibitions as required, including transporting vessels and maintaining cleanliness during events.
- Participate in all required meetings.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
