Job Summary

As a Shift Lead at Walgreens, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store in the absence of management. This includes opening and closing the store, handling cash and inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operations
    • Open and close the store, including handling cash and inventory
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
    • Assist with inventory management and ordering
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and coach team members to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
    • Assist with training and development of team members
Requirements
  • One year of prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of store inventory control
  • Valid PTCB or ExCPT certification or pharmacy license
