Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Coordinator to join our team at RENU Property Management. As a Property Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing over 4,300 properties owned by our clients that reside in Homeowners Associations (HOA). Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with resident registrations, resolving HOA violations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property registrations and rental registrations
  • Oversee HOA violations and determine the necessary course of action
  • Work with attorneys on compliance and HOA issues
  • Review neighborhood covenants and restrictions
  • Receive and investigate HOA billing
  • Organize systems for tracking and managing multiple HOAs in over 20 cities
  • Manage emails and mail from HOAs
  • Audit move-out ledgers and ensure accurate charges
  • Escalate ledger discrepancies to AP for processing
  • Submit insurance claims and follow up
  • Review past resident disputes and determine credit amounts
  • Advise PM members on the move-out process
  • Enter surveys and BBB complaints into the escalation process

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Two years property management experience preferred
  • Strong desire to take ownership and maintain our national brand
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle high volume
  • Strong critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence
  • Computer literacy and ability to use online company software platforms
