**Position Overview**

Alan Wheeler - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team as an Insurance Account Representative. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer base.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain), ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain), providing expertise in insurance products and services.
  • Must be available to work the following schedule: Tue - Fri - 9-6, Sat 9-1, ensuring adequate coverage and customer service.
  • Associate's degree or higher required, demonstrating a strong foundation in business and insurance principles.
