*What We Seek:

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals.
  • Prior experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to actively canvass neighborhoods for new solar leads.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive demeanor.
  • Ability to be coached and work collaboratively in a team.
  • Reliable transportation and commitment to attend all team meetings and training sessions.

*Your Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers by visiting homes and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Additional duties include collecting energy bills from prospective clients, preparing proposals, closing sales, and addressing any inquiries customers may have during the installation process.


*Application Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable with a commission-based pay structure plus bonuses.
  • Willingness to perform door-to-door sales.
