About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Application Support Analyst to join our Digital Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of applications, including Teamcenter, Active Workspace, and other digital thread tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support the team and customers.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new applications and technologies to support business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT application project work, including experience with Teamcenter and other digital thread tools.
  • Active/transferrable US Government secret security clearance and US citizenship.
  • Security+ certification and experience with Linux and Windows commands and file system structures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Cameo Teamwork Cloud & Collaborator, 3DExperience, and OpenPDM.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server Database skills.
  • General IT Infrastructure knowledge (server/client OS, networking, storage, etc).
