We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to become an integral part of our team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. In this pivotal role, you will influence the technical framework and spearhead digital transformation initiatives within Fidelity's Institutional Wealth Advisory division. By collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, you will be tasked with crafting dependable and scalable solutions that deliver substantial business benefits.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • More than 10 years of expertise in architecture, analytics, design, and development across diverse technology platforms.
  • Proven leadership in offering technical direction, producing design documentation, and executing solutions for agile teams.
  • Demonstrated capability to engage with multiple teams, assess business objectives, and drive strategic technical initiatives.
  • Proficiency in APIs, user interfaces, infrastructure, data architecture, security, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong command of client-side technologies and backend development utilizing various programming languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies, ideally AWS or Azure.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a history of converting business requirements into innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively with a diverse group.
