Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess projects from an enterprise viewpoint, ensuring they align with business objectives, IT strategies,

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive Cloud Strategy and Governance Framework.
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop and implement a Cloud Adoption Framework.
  • Establish and manage the Cloud Advisory Council.
  • Define standards, processes, and a community of practice to facilitate cloud computing within the organization.
  • Lead architectural discussions across all facets of architecture to support IT delivery.
  • Provide expertise in cloud architecture and the implementation of infrastructure to facilitate cloud migrations.
  • Maintain cloud architecture, tools, and processes effectively.
  • Support the success of application migration projects by offering environment support and monitoring for various cloud platforms.
  • Enhance continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes through infrastructure automation.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and workgroups.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with business stakeholders and technical leaders across the organization.
  • Guide Solution Architects and Tech Leads to ensure alignment with system design guidelines and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Promote a cloud and security-first approach, ensuring compliance with defined security policies.
  • Stay informed about trends in the Healthcare Industry and Digital Health.
  • Encourage innovation and implement creative solutions through brainstorming sessions and innovation events.
  • Assist in developing policies, standards, and guidelines that govern the selection and use of Information Technology within the enterprise.
  • Research and propose improvements for systems and processes for project managers' consideration.
  • Lead efforts to adapt existing application architectures to cloud-native frameworks.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient in AWS services such as RDS, Aurora, Lambda, NoSQL, Redshift, DynamoDB, S3, and related technologies.
  • Experience with UNIX (Linux) and Windows Server environments, including scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Networking components.
  • Active AWS Certified Solution Architect status (Professional preferred).
  • TOGAF Certification (Professional preferred).
  • Proven ability to evaluate plans, identify risks, and ensure alignment of goals across teams.
  • Capable of addressing challenging issues directly.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SaaS, infrastructure, and cloud computing architectures.
  • Understanding of data security and compliance controls.
  • Familiarity with advanced automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microservices, containerization, and migrating workloads to the cloud.

  • 10+ years of professional IT experience in Windows Server or Linux environments.
